yep get a new headunit and wireing harness for your car easiest bet and cheapest and fastest all you do is pull the old headunit out and after soldering da harness to the harness of the new headunit plug it in to the stock plug and your set
 
hey is there anyone who might know if i can update my Panasonic car stereo model number cq-c7103u well i wanted to updated it because currently that radio only offers a 3 band eq and i wanted a 7 band eq any help would really be appreciated thanks for helping
