About my 1999 lexus rx300 I understand the brakes are hydraulic, it pushes back

when u apply n makes noise? Brakes were checked ok but the brakes so annoying, what can I do
 
Your ABS system is kicking in. If you push on the brakes too hard and too fast, it will push the pedal back towards yuo and make a grinding/humming noise in the process. If it does this under normal braking conditions, then you have an issue with the ABS control module or speed sensors
