I've failed out of university (freshman year, last quarter of the year around June).
This is definitely THE life changing experience I've experienced in my life so far. Wake up call to the "real world," I will say. Long story short: I immediately applied to a community college to continue my education before trying to reinstate back into the uni in a year.
So far, my grades are improving very well. I've been seeking tutors instead of procrastinating/afraid to ask for assistance. Of course, I plan to do research/volunteer soon. But for now, I'm going to pace myself instead of being haphazardous like last time.
Thing is, I eventually want to apply to med school and afraid that it'll be quite impossible. I know for sure it'll be extremely difficult for me to ever recieve a GPA of 3.6+ now. But I'm still going to try with all that I got. If it'll take me years, I'll accept that. As long as I'm able to become a doctor. Are my hopes of ever being accepted out of reach?
