About how much is the cost to fix or replace a cell phone microphone ?

My phone is brand new but got water damage- so warranty and insurance won't cover it. Everything else works fine- but I can hear people when I call them but they can't hear me. I hear this is a microphone problem. Before I send it off to be fixed or replaced any ideas how much this might cost me? Thanks!
