about how much does an htc incredible cost if your upgrading?

The Incredible costs $200 after rebate with a new 2 year contract agreement, minus any equipment discounts that you may have on your line.. The smartphone data plan is $30 a month on top of your existing plan
 
Next month my phone is due for an upgrade, (Motorola w755<cheaper phone>) and I am with verizon. I want to get the new HTC incredible, but I don't know how much i need to set aside to buy it. I know that the data plan is about $40/mo. and that it is an "incredible" smart phone.

PLEASE HELP!!!?
