About how long does it take the Thermostat to open up on my car, from Cold?

aND DOES THE tHERMOSTAT oPENING UP mean that the Engine has "Fully Warmed Up"?

This is based off of "First Start in the day.morning, Idling, not bein gDriven."

Soooo.. Thermostat CLOSED = Coolant circulates to Head and Block.. It opens = Drawn through Radiator at that time, yes?
