does excercising make your dump come out more easily? I ask because one day i was able to poop easily after working out even though i already pooped earlier in the day. Does this happen to you people who go to the gym often? I dont know if that's so or if i just experienced a coincidense.
Today i pooped earlier in the day. After work, i now feel like pooping and it seems much softer. So I don't know if it has to do with me working. I work as a delivery person for a pizza shop and i dont know if me needing to poop again has to do with all the walking i did on the job.
