about diet and exercise help please:)?

how will i lose? every day after i eat, i do 45 push-ups, 45 sit-ups, and dance 3 songs consists of 5-6 minutes and i sweat alot after that i go to bath.. but i eat a lot in breakfast, lunch and snacks, but i do not eat dinner..


can you give me more things to do or follow to lose weight please..

im only 14, i need to lose because im really big now, and

our prom is already next year.. please help me :)
