I am planning on joining this gym in the near future to learn as much as can with the some of the best. But I have a few questions for anyone that can answer them for me.
First of all I would like to know how much it costs, and what that would include.
Would it include just the gym to workout at, or does it also include going to the Muay Thai classes Monday,Wednesday,Friday.and Jiujitsu classes and Tuesday and Thursday? Or would I pay separate for those classes?
Also what equipment might I need to get myself to bring to the gym?
What other things might I need to know before starting a MMA gym that could help me out?
I don't really have any experience. That is why I want to start training asap. I got to do some wrestling in junior high and high school, kinda liked it cuz I naturally knew how to escape and put people in submissions and slam them down and didn't lose a match. But I am a light guy. Only way about 150 right now but have been working out for months just to get ready for this gym and have gained 20 pounds already. I figure if I start now I can get to where I want to be in a few years and a good level in a year.
