Abortion debate and Health Care Reform, what are your thoughts?

I have been hearing about the "abortion debate" in regards to "health care reform" and some stuff struck me as odd. Apparently there is language in the House bill that prevents federal funds from funding insurance that covers abortion, unless it is a case of rape, incest, or the mother's life is at risk.

We all know, though, that the democrats are just "compromising" for now and that if they get a larger majority in congress then they will try to change it. And who is going to be there to regulate the reasons why woman is getting an abortion? Doctors lie all the time to gets things covered for patients that wouldn't be covered otherwise. Why would this be any different? I had a scar on my face about 5 years ago and I had a plastic surgeon "resection" it. The doctor billed it as a "suspicious lesion", though, so it would be covered, otherwise it would have been considered cosmetic.

Now, don't get me wrong. I am actually, pro-choice. But I don't feel like my tax dollars should be going to help some young, unwed woman abort a child she helped to create. If the democrats would stop encouraging young people to have sex before marriage then we wouldn't have the high rate of teen pregnancies we have.
They make it look like waiting for marriage is high crime.
