abnormal weight loss?

Today, after taking a 2 week break from the gym, I weighed in and was weighing 201lbs. Before my break, I was weighing 215lbs. During my break my diet wasn't very good, and excercise was minimal. I am 21 years old, male. 3 months ago I weighed 230lbs, but what is scaring me is the 15lb drop in two weeks. My appetite is pretty much gone, I have diarrhea past couple days , and I threw up after I had dinner tonight. Is this something I should get checked out or could the loss me muscle weight from the two weeks off from weight training? Starting to get a little nervous after getting sick afer dinner, or I am thinking it could be flu. any help would be great
 
My best guess is water weight loss in that short a period of time. I've gained 10-12 pounds in a weekend and lost it all in less than two weeks. I was on a very low carbohydrate diet at the time - less than ten carbs a day. It was really easy to lose weight, but if I binged on a weekend, I gained weight fast. Any one meal didn't affect me, but continued eating did. Losing weight was the same way - stay on the less than 10 grams of carbs a day and the water weight dropped like a rock.
 
hey, im on a low carb diet too, but im diabetic anyways, haha. I just want to know if dropping that weight fast is whats causing me to be sick or if the weight loss may be a symptom along with the vomitting loss of appetite and diahrrea
