Able to move iTunes to other computer?

I had a recent question about iTunes and my iPod, but I decided to try iTunes on my other PC. EVERYTHING in my iTunes library (photos, videos, music etc) is on the other iTunes library. Is there a way to transfer or move it onto the NEW iTunes library on the other computer ? Thank you so much.
