abit Fatal1ty + Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Based system... freezing?

So I just built myself a new PC... and it keeps freezing for some reason, I managed to install Windows XP Pro SP2 and some other random crap like vid card drivers, audio card drivers, mobo drivers (duh), and Processor driver (first proc I've had to do that to....) Its an odd issue because it freezes randomly. I'll load up windows and about 15 sec after being done loading it'll lock up, but I can move my mouse fine (cant click anything though) Sometimes it wont freeze until 15-30 minutes into using it, infact I'm on it right now haha. I played Battlefield 2 for about 3 hours yesterday and didn't have ONE SINGLE issue with it until I quit and went to browse the web.

Specs
-Abit Fatal1ty AN9 32X mobo
-AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core processor (4200+)
-2x1GB sticks of G.Skill DDR2 800 RAM (Timing is correct 5-5-5-15)
-Maxtor 500GB HDD (SATA3)
-EVGA GeForce 7600GT
-Logisys 575W Power-Supply

Nothing is overclocked, and my CPU temps are showing about 93deg F Constant


HELLLLLPPPPP. Please?

Where should it be?

and I tried booting it up 1 mem stick at a time in DIMM 1 and 3 (Primaries, as I understand) and still didn't help :\ I also tried moving my SATA connecter to SATA plug #3 on my mobo to see if that is gonna do anything (I'm lost?)
