Been on the weight loss plan for the last 2 to 3 weeks. Body got fitter and muscle started to grow abit. Legs more toned so does body.
But the scale just stayed at the same number...
Nevermind... won't give up!!!
I know muscle weighs heavier than fats... but then... the number just making me kinda disheartened...!
