abdominal scar tissue

Can abdominal scare tissue cause lower back pain on the left side and a knot, which radiates from left side of pelvic area. I have had 2 cesereans and 1 myomectomy.
 
Of coure, It's called refered pain, Have you seen a PT that specializes in scar management to release some of the scar tissue that may be pulling on other mucles group and the nerves that pass through them?
