ab lounge question!10 pointer!?

i just got one today and i used it,feels like its working,so how many times should i use it weekly and for how many minutes and so on?any tips are great!will it work my whole stomach out and what else does it work out on my body, it didnt come with instructions(its used) thanks!
 
start out using it a little untill u get used to it then do it every day for like 15 min. use it while watching t.v. or something so u wont get bored. : ))
