I recently started working out on the ab lounge to tone up my stomach, and my back doctor suggested it for my back. Everytime I do it, I get really dizzy and when I stop I feel like if I stand I am going to get sick. I never do, but I hate that feeling. I can really feel it working my abs but I can only do it for about 10 seconds until I get dizzy. I do cardio as well which does not make me queezy feeling. What can I do to stop the dizzyness?
