Okay, first off, I have a question. I'm 16, 5'6" and I weight about 138-145. Is that really unhealthy?
And anyways, my stomach has gotten petty pudgy latly, so I'm gonna start eating for healthy and start working out. Has anyone tried an ab lounge machiene thing? The one that you lay on and your whole body basically does a sit up? Does it actually work well and does it tone up your abs?
