ab lounge exercise equipment?

I have a question about the Ab Lounge Ultra Sport Abdominal Exerciser I have one in great shape like brand new actually I got it from a freecycle in my area and I was wondering if they actually work or not I have not yet started working on it I need to make some more room in my bedroom for it...
