A920 vs. E815 vs. VX8300 vs. [?]

Samsung a920 (Sprint)
Motorola E815 (Verizon)
LG VX8300 (Verizon)

I might still consider the A950 or LX550 Fusic, but they seem pricy compared to the three above for what they offer. Another longshot is the D807, if I end up using Cingular, since that's the only phone in their line-up I saw that seemed to have the features I'm after. I still haven't figured out how GSM and CDMA compare in my [rural] area yet. The reason I listed the Sprint phone first is because 90% or more of my calls are incoming, so they have a plan which would be ideal for me.

My cell phone is my only phone, so how good the thing is as a phone comes above all else. Main things I'm after beyond that: Bluetooth and a Mini/Micro SD slot are a must. I'd like to use the camera and MP3 player at least occasionally, so it would be nice if those features didn't suck on whichever phone I buy. Being able to set up the WAP to use a proxy of my own would be nice (is this even possible on Sprint or Cingular?) too. Pretty much everything else is just fluff.

Any recommendations?

A950 stinks better to get the 8300 or the e815 they are really nice phones e815 gets great signal and its the last to have the regular ui and not the verizon one and it plays good mp3s the 8300 has to go into setting and change it to play mp3s.

Wound up being a toss up between the 815 and the 8300, and the 815 won because it was free without having to deal with rebates 4-6 months from now.

Thanks
