A75 flash ok but blue screen

Hi All
i have a75 hang
i flashed the phone ok but when i switch on the phone work ok but the screen is blue,and when i want to change contrast the phone cant enter on tat mode ???
anyone know solution to repeir this error...

dear just click on del assistant in service boot mode then format then recalculate skey ...

all will b ok..

or try to change contrast with com port cable
