A70 and A57 dead after cut test point

Pleaaaase help me

my A70 dead after i cut the TP. The dead phone can communicate with Jocker and i can calculate Skey but can
 
I have here phone with the same sympthone but all 3 repaire tracks

are OK, no damaged. But phone not pw on, can boot, but can not send Skey.
 
I have same problem but pls dont blame me for removing the shield with soldering stationso I think problem is close to itI ve found out that error caused by processor or quartz damage but I rehotted both changed quartz and still no result dialog changed and still same 0,3a when pressing on button and coming down to 0 .Who knows what the problem is I think processor problem but......
