a31 flashing problem by Jocker

I have flashed 3-4 a31 sets by jocker.But everytime after flashing the sets remains blinking.I have also write the eprom also.But results are same.I have also different flash files.then I flashed this phones by martech box of another person and do repair mei and then the sets become ok.

As I have not the martech box,I need proper solution by Jocker.

Please someone guide me.
