I recently recieved a laptop for my graduation. However, i have run into a weird problem. Whenever i reboot the entire hardrive re does itself. D: deletes everything! and starts off back to normal. it's so weird D: on my desktop every single time it says Back to Demo. and in that option it shows videos on how to use the computer. and what it can then. and in the corner of that option it says explore this computer. i have been wondering? did the people at the store program it to do this? as it as on displai. and maibe the back to demo option is a wai for customers to see it? however, whatever is done is deleted upon reboot? wld i have to re do the entire computer to rid this problem?
