A week after launch, I finally got to open my Wii and..

I knew it was a bad start when I saw the box. It looked like it had the shit beat out of it and the tape was missing. Most of everything was still wrapped and taped by the green tape, but it was obvious it was opened/maybe used.

Turn it on, everything works fine (luckily) but I check my mail to notice that it says I played Wii Sports for ELEVEN hours two days earlier...which is definatly impossible, because I was about 900 miles away.

Everything is in good shape but it's pretty damn to spend a bunch of money on something to find out it's used...
 
I had it preordered at EB and had my mom go pick it up

There is no way she even knows how to hook it up.

I went to EB today and mentioned to the guy and he's like

"well, just go to the store and complain, they should get you a new one."

Oh, ok. I got it here.

"Oh...it's really not that big of deal is it?"
