A website hoster which provides html support?

I need to find a
webhost which will allow
me to use ONLY html.
I'm tired of all that premade
template crap. I
want to make my own layout.
Any clue where I can do
this?
 
Here is a clue. If the web service offers FTP you can be sure that it allows you to do your own HTML.

And are you sure you only want HTML? I'd have thought that Javascript and CSS would come in handy these days.
