A VERY simple, beginner-level Sprint development session?

Tomorrow I have a sprinting session to take for my college class.
It's really to be basic yet the entire session is to take up 30 minutes. Can anyone possibly help me?

The "sections" (in my session plan) that I need help on are the Skills/Activity and the Conditioned Activity. Within the first section i mentioned its split into 3 further sections, with the first lasting 4 minutes, the next 5 and the same for the last.
I need a sort of exercise/drill that I can carry out for the first 4 minutes that gets them into the motion etc. and progress it through for the next two 5 minute sections.

Is it possible for anyone to help?
