cube measuring 8cm...? Use the density of titanium to calculate the mass in kilograms of titanium in the frame.

What would be the mass of a similar frame composed of iron? A titanium bicycle frame contains the same amount of titanium as a titanium cube measuring 8.0cm on a side.

Easy enough - An iron frame should be (but not really, because iron is not as strong as titanium, so that an iron frame would have to be thicker, and a steel frame would be stronger than an iron fram, but I have strayed from the problem) made with 512 cubic centimeters of iron. Find the density of iron and multiply it out.
