A ticket to get car fixed by ?

a state referee. can i jus pay the 75.00 fine. or what
Cop pulled me over and wrote me up cuz the car was to loud. and then he checked the engine and he said theres some illegal mods. but i dont wanna fix it cuz i would be too much. i wanna pay the fine instead. the minimum payment is $75.00 on court date. whats the average total cost of the fine? anyways imma pay the fine. is that a good choice?
 
You need to be more specific. Police give issue a Fix-it-ticket where they give you a ticket and you do not have to pay the fine if you fix the problem. If you choose not to fix the problem you will have to pay the fine, and can get pulled over again for the same problem and the fine will increase.
It is usually better to just get your car fixed.
