Okay, well people weren't responding on the last few threaRAB so I do not get these pill measurements. I have to take 2-3 grams and 1 pill (it says 500mg) on the front, and it says take 1 pill a day and daily value 5000%. I really dont understand this can someone help? Thank you
 
well if it says you should take 1 pill a day, then im guessing it means that one pill is 5000% of the daily recommended value. So the daily recommended value would be 10mg
