A suggestion for the next HTML spec - where should I be asking for opinions?

So, yeah, what the title says... I have a new idea for an HTML attribute which would greatly improve caching and search indexing. Can anyone advise me on where I should be asking for opinions? I have asked on StackOverflow and WebDevForums, but had hardly any replies (I have to say all the replies I have had have been very positive!).

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Richard

PS the idea can be found at http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3847320/html-new-attribute-for-all-or-at-least-most-tags-is-this-a-good-idea, if anyone wants to give me their opinion here. I think it will work but really really need some input from other people.
PS I know this has already been posted on Yahoo Answers UK - but I then realised that its stupid just posting it on the UK one since web standards are governed by an international body - they apply world wide.
@John Stalberg: I must find myself a job before I do anything - I am getting slightly low on money having just finished my degree. This gives me enough time to get this sorted out and to get some opinions before I approach Google or anyone. So do you think this has great potential?

I have written up a better version of the StackOverflow question here: http://bytes.com/topic/html-css/answers/897349-idea-new-html-attribute-opinions-needed. Please have a look and give me any pros and cons / other uses for it that you can think of.
