point (freezing) at 50 °S and a boiling point at 150 °S. How would one convert from ºC to ºS?
(a) Add 50 to the temperature in ºC to get the
value in ºS.
(c) Add 150 to the temperature in ºC to
get the value in ºS.

(b) Subtract 50 from the temperature in ºC to
get the value in ºS.
(d) Subtract 150 from the temperature in
ºC to get the value in ºS.
