a state trooper went through my neighborhood doing a 100 mph?

this is uncalled for and reckless and excessive the speed limit is 25 and there are several signs saying slow kids at play and he almost hit a parked car he had no reason coming through the neighborhood he could of took the main highway just behind the neighborhood he risked hitting a lot of kids should this be reported
