I need some data for a project that I'm doing and some input would be great. :)

How many hours do you spend on the computer per week on an average?
How old are you?
Did you have any injuries/operations on your eyes?
What is your lens power (dipotre) on the left eye and the right eye if you remember?

One last one - tea or coffee?

I am 15 years old.

I just got my new glasses, I was not told that info.
