This guy is the talk of the town. Birds that bring him money, No Light Bill, No Mail Box, Burnt Orange Hair, Yellow Eyes, and the ability to exhale smoke at any given time.
No one seems to know where he is from. He seems to know no one in town, but yet has many unknown visitors. Not sure if it is a myth of his abilities but...
