This is how the game works: You ask a yes-or-no-question to find out more about the story and i answer untill someone guesses the answer right --> 10 pts.
The story:
There's this guy that lives on the 30th floor of his building.
Normally he takes the elevator to the 20th floor and walks the stairs for the last 10 floors.
Except when it's raining or when there's another person in the elevator. Then he does take the elevator to the 30th floor.
Why?
