Patient, guys. Remember the earthquake a while ago off Taiwan coast? It's severed 2 submarine telecom optical cables, immediately affecting the internet traffic to/from many Asian countries like China (where it168.com is hosted). Many telcos have routed part of the traffic via satellite or the other way around via Europe, to US. It'll take at least 2 more weeks to be full capacity.
