The song has all faint noises of passing cars faintly honking their horns and faint far away police sirens, there is like a really light calm peacefull melody going on in the back ground . There is also a reporter that reports a car spoted racing crashed down some road. Heard it in like 2003 and been looking for it since, I don't know what is called, someone please help me!!!!!
