A question that has bothered me...

Well, I was reading on CGCG's website (these are the guys to partiality blame for that awful Star Wars: The Clone Wars CG Movie) that they have had a partnership with Wang Film Productions (Another company that's partiality to blame, only this time for most of MGM's stupid sequels of Don Bluth films) since 1988.

My question is asking weather the former company (CGCG) is owned by the latter (Wang). Is it?
