A question for women in the military?

I'm thinking about joining the military. I'm unsure which branch (but leaning toward airforce) The plan would be to go in as an officer. I'm entering my senior year of college. But enough about me here's what I would like to know from you:

What branch were you in?
How long did you serve/ are you still serving?
what was your job?
Explain in detail please your overall experience
How long (minimum) should I expect to be in the military?
Is there anything else i should know?

How long did you serve/ are you still serving? 4 years
what was your job? Administrative Specialist (not by choice, but I didn't know any better about holding out for the job I wanted)
Explain in detail please your overall experience: I enjoyed it, got the discipline I was lacking, made life long friends, learned a hell of a lot along the way.
How long (minimum) should I expect to be in the military? 4 years I think.
Is there anything else i should know? Its fun, you get a lot of experience/adventure out of it and you get to serve your country.
