A question for my stats practice test.. The answers weren't posted!?

1. How many different Social Insurance Numbers are there, assuming thatyou can use the digits 0 through 9, and the only restriction is that all the digits can't be the same. (So that 111-111-111 is not a valid SIN, for example.)

I've worked it out but I got 900 000 000 and I don't think that's the right answer. Can someone please tell me what they got?
