A question for married military?

I have been married for almost 3 years now to an army soldier (We have known each other much longer though). Since the start of our marriage he started lying to me and talking to other women. He has admitted to cheating, even with one of his co-workers. He says he wants to make it better, and makes those I will do whatever you want promises and then goes back to the same old shit. I am pregnant, and have a 2 year old daughter, and I went on a "vacation" by staying at his parent house, while he takes care of all the moving to another base, and then I am supposed to come and meet him. Well after discussing stuff from 9 pm until 1 am this morning, (stuff about future plans aqnd going to marriage counselling, etc) he decided to make a post on craigslist about hosting at our home for a sexual encounter. (one of our single friends saw it and emailed me cuz he was stupid enough to out his first name and phone number). I love him very much and have tried everything I can think of to keep us together and nothing has worked and this is only the hundreth post he has done. I don't want to report him to his unit because I care about him and wouldnt want him to lose his job, but I want to know what I can do that wont affect his career. I'm hoping divorce is not my only option because I really love him, but I know that I am no longer who I used to be because of him, and I don't want our children to live in this kind of enviornment.
