im searching on the internet for a really good marinade for my beef ribs... what im wondering is, do you guys have any really really good marinating recipes? and how long do you marinate it for? and what i was gonna do was... marinate, cook for a bit... add sauce to a pan, put ribs facedown, foil on top, and leave it for an hour.... now, will the marinade and sauce interact with each other badly? and do you guys happen to have any marinades and sauces that might go really well together?
