I've decided to try and learn how to take the graphics I can make and turn them into web pages but I've found a rather odd problem in that I have a hard time arranging text in places where I particularly need them.
Specifically on top of background images intended not to repeat. It's hard to explain like this so here's a link to a website concept I've made using photoshop: http://i391.photobucket.com/albums/oo351...
Now the issue I'm having is that I can only set images or text on top of a background image and the background is the striped portion at the top and the dark circular grid thing.
The box with text is an image and that's the only way I know how to make that appear there, which I can put in there just fine. But I don't know how to put the text there without changing the actual image.
In my logical reasoning on why I'm doing it this way (just in case this is the wrong thinking that may need to be corrected) is because there are different sized monitors so even though that fits perfectly on mine some people will be zoomed out a bit further and I don't want that box to start looping so it can't be the background image.
Anyone have any words of advice? I'd like to point out that I have studied a chunk of html from w3 and studied some dreamweaver guides but I can't figure out a way around this specific issue.
Oh and yes I am reposting this because last time I posted the only answer I received just posted "learn html" tutorials referring to a site I already said I was learning from. I'm hoping for an answer to this specific thing.
Lucky patel you linked a site thats not available
