This is a personal question that may contain TMI for some people, I apologize if you are offended.
I am attending an Athena's Home Novelties get-together tonight and I have a few purchases in mind. I would like to keep an intimate relationship with my husband after birth, and I am looking at a few products centering around manual and oral stimulation for that period of time when sex is a no-no. There is, of course, the possibility that I won't be interested when the time comes, but as of right now it's something I'm keeping an open mind about.
For women who've given birth before, there is usually a 6 week period of no sex as far as I've been told, is this correct? Is oral and/or manual stimulation for the woman okayed? Is it okay to use a cream that helps stimulate your lower area until sex is okayed again?
