A question about financial records?

I'm studying abroad in the U.S.A where my aunt lives. She's my sponsor for my study. She has to send her financial records to me because I need to show the interviewer my sponsor's financial statements, but she doesn't know what records to send. Some people told my aunt to go to a law or an immigration office where they have a template of the kinds of financial records for this situation. Is it right?
