HI guys,need some advice from someone who knows their stuff.
I am swimming 20 laps a day of a fifty metre pool =1 kilometre,and trying to watch what i eat,is this enough to lose weight steadily?Also ,does swimming get the heart rate up much?i sometimes have a little break in between laps......is this good enough?
