something is wrong with my samsung phone and i have tmobile. it is a little phone and I got it 3 mons ago. I've been with tmoble for 4 yrs now.
the phone does not work at all now. first I thought may be it is not charged, I plugged it in to charge it after a few hrs it said: fully charged. but I couldn't dial a number. Also, recently the phone #s in phone book disappears. I've never dropped it.
what should I do?
it is pre paid and I only paid $39 for it. i only had 30 days to return. can I upgrade? or if the phone is dead there is no way to upgrade?
