A question about Animal/Plant Cells - a certain part of them?

What's the difference between Golgi Complex and Golgi Apparatus? I mean, are they two the same? Or do they serve different purposes? If they serve difference purposes, please tell me WHERE are they located in a cell (any type: plant/animal), and WHAT do they do. Thank you!

PS: Dictionary I found proved to be extremely unhelpful, so I'm hoping a genius out there knows the answer to this inquiry. =)
