A question about a poem?

So I am making a surprise gift for my best friends little brother. I just wanted to see how I should display it. Her brother is six and has down syndrome. He is just so beautiful and lovable. I remember the day he was born so well.
I need an idea about what to put around the picture frame. He likes Toy Story, and trains. And he loves tiger and pooh and all of that kind of stuff.

Poem:
Mathew
I love the way you smile
At anyone who sees you
And you love everyone
Unconditionally
Without thinking twice
When you see me, you run over
And grab me into the unbreakable hug of yours
And as I laugh and smile in protest
I receive your beautiful laugh in return
I love you, Mathew
Just as if you were my own brother
You are the most handsome boy
I have ever seen
When you were born
I loved you
And didn't think once of you looking different
Since that's the way God sent you to us
You are a gift from God
Just as your name says
And God doesn't make garbage
Because the ones who are labeled
End up bring the most love
Into peoples lives
Mathew
I love you so much
My heart feels like bursting
And I feel like crying
When I hear you speak
When I see you sign
I know that you are the smartest little boy
That I know
For you have accomplished
More than one person
Will in a life time
With every step
From the first to the next
My love for you multiplies
By 1000 times
And you have walked at least a million steps
So I hope you can see
How much you mean to me
And that you are the little boy
With the cute blue eyes
Who when I see
My love multiplies
By 1000 times
